Conquerandelevate.com has been created and is being maintained by three brothers from Switzerland, in the heart of Europe.

The older brother is a relationship manager at a bank with a bachelors degree in business informatics, while currently pursuing his Masters. He also runs an online fitness coaching business and helps various individuals reach their peak physiques. In addition to this, he will launch his first A.I. based SaaS company in Q4 of 2023.

The middle brother is a certified nurse with an advanced federal diploma of higher education and a certified mental health coach. He brings out the best in people due to his vast knowledge in this field and transforms people’s mindsets on a daily basis.

The youngest brother is a committed professional handball player, social media expert and is in training to become an IT specialist. His motivation, maturity, discipline and enormous knowledge within the field of information technology brings enormous progress in everyday life. His skills also help him to advise individuals and companies on how to market their services properly.

Why we started our Self-Improvement journey

Growing up, the older two brothers had no real father figure in their life. Altough we spent every second weekend and some holidays with our father, we were never able to consult him regarding pressing issues in our life that needed solving quickly.

Our mother did the best she could to try and replace this very important role in our life. But as you might suspect, masculine guidance can only be given by masculine men.

We are thankful for everything our mom has done for us but even her trying her best didn’t suffice for us to be equipped for dealing with the tough challenges the world presented to us.

The world of men, competetiveness, power struggles and building oneself to the best man was foreign to us as we were entering the age of teenagers.

We also had no clue on how to interact with the opposite gender, despite being blessed with quite decent looks.

In addition to that, mainstream dating advice is terrible when it comes to building attraction and most people give dogshit advice regarding relationships.

Therefore, we’ve had to learn many fundamental things about being a man for ourselves. The self-improvement journey began at a very young age, as we were confronted with uncomfortable truths early on in life.

The youngest brother had the luck of having our dad present all the time. However, even for him, self-improvement was and is a must. While having our father present was a step in the right direction, some lessons can only be learnt by consulting the right sources and experiencing pain.

We were struggling for a long ass time before finding out the secrets, that only the 1% know. Moving through life without any idea what we were doing was a hindrance for us, especially since we thought that we were destined for more from a young age on.

We’ve now been on this self-improvement journey for over a decade. We have built decent physiques and completely transformed our mindsets through trial and error. And our brotherhood is stronger than ever.

As we are very keen observers of social behavior and social structures, we have learnt many truths about human nature and human behavior. There are many dark secrets among them, which we definitely used to advance in our own life.

And now we want to pass this knowledge on to people who struggle with the same issue or at least similar ones as we once did.

In the past,we knew nothing. Now, we know something. In the future, we will know more. Because knowledge is power and power is freedom.

Our own struggles and challenges have taught us the value of hard work, discipline, and perseverance. We know that life can be tough, but we believe that everyone has the power within themselves to overcome obstacles and achieve their goals.

We’re far from perfect, but we’re continuously evolving, learning, and growing as individuals. Conquerandelevate.com should pass on the wisdom a strong father should have given his kids from a young age on.

At the same time, this page should also act as a notebook for ourselves. Not only to further consolidate the knowledge we already gained and will gain in the future, but also to pass this website along to our own kids when the right time comes.
